This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is intended to help you understand how PT Jala Lintas Media collects and uses your data in connection with your use of the Application, services, website, and technologies provided by Us (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”).

We collect this Data to verify user identity, record attendance, and provide administrative services in accordance with the operational needs of your organization or company.
This Application utilizes face matching technology for employee identity verification and attendance tracking purposes.
When you record attendance, the Application captures your facial image using your device camera. This image is transformed into a biometric feature set (biometric template) used to match against the registered facial data stored in the company system.
Facial data is strictly used to ensure attendance authenticity and verify authorized user identity. It is not used for any other purpose such as advertising, analytics, or behavioral tracking.
Facial data and biometric templates are stored securely on company internal servers with encryption and access controls restricted exclusively to authorized administrators. All data transmissions are conducted via encrypted HTTPS protocols.
Facial data is retained as long as the user remains an active employee or authorized user of the service. Once a user becomes inactive or is removed from the system, facial data will be permanently deleted within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days.
Temporary storage is conducted to support attendance verification functions, internal audits, and compliance with company policies.
We do not sell or share facial data with any third parties. If our servers are hosted by cloud providers (such as Google Cloud or AWS), these providers act solely as infrastructure service providers and have no access to facial data nor do they store it independently.
If the Application is accessed via a web browser, We and our partners may use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and enhancing user experience. Cookies do not store facial or biometric data.
The Application may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or data handling policies of such third parties. You are advised to review their individual privacy policies independently.
